Happy April Fools Day everyone!  I wanted to share a football joke with you.  I know it’s improper April Fools protocol to inform you of the joke in advance, but I’m not the most proper person.  Sven Goran Eriksson is the new Ivory Coast manager.  Just thought  I’d bring that up again.  Ah, you’re right.  That’s not a joke.  This really happened.  If only the punch line wasn’t true.

Sadly this joke will last for months.  But there are positives.  Ivorians know that there is an end in sight. Someone will offer Sven a job regardless of how the Ivory Coast performs in South Africa.  But when it comes to Sven, one country’s good news is another country’s bad news.  Look out remaining developing nations, Sven’s coming your way next.
