1. What is your comment and moderation policy?

   Anyone who has something worthwhile to say can post a comment on the site. But yes, we are the final arbiters of what is worthwhile. Your initial comments will need to be approved by our editors/writers. Although we won’t censor what you have to say, we do have to maintain a modicum of decency. Don’t be afraid to speak your mind, but keep in mind that we will not approve/delete comments that are:

   • threatening, abusive, off-topic, use excessive foul language
   • racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise slur-ish
   • solicitations and/or advertising for personal blogs and websites
   • spamming
   • generally stupid or nonsensical (we don’t care if you’re FIRST!)

2. How can I become a commenter?

   Simply input the requested information along with your comment in the form at the bottom of a post. Click "Submit Comment”. Please do not submit a comment several times if you do not see it immediately it posted. Your comment will be received but won't appear until (and if) we approve it. Obviously, we prefer relevant and/or amusing comments.

   Once we approve your comment, you will be able to login and comment freely from then on, or at least until we decide to ban you.

3. Can I comment anonymously?

   Yes, you can. When you submit a comment, choose a name that is unrelated to your real identity. We do ask for an email address, so feel free to use preserve your anonymity by creating an anonymous Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Hotmail account that doesn't use your name as part of the address.

4. Can I be banned from commenting?

   Yes. See the first question in the Comments and Moderation section of the FAQs. There will be no warning, and no appeal.

1. How do your shirts fit?

   We print our designs on 100% fine jersey cotton t-shirts. Our shirts are among the softest, best-fitting and stylish looking t-shirts on the market. The shirts are all pre-shrunk and offer a snug fit. They offer minimal shrinkage (5-7% at most) and superior color fastness.

2. How should I wash my shirts?

   Always read the t-shirt care instructions. Additionally, since our t-shirts are screen printed, please consider the following care instructions:

   Turn t-shirts inside out prior to laundering. This helps to protect the screen printed images on your t-shirts when it is being washed or dried.

   Wash t-shirts in cold (dark colors) or warm water (light colors). This will prolong the life of your t-shirt by reducing the exposure to hot water, which tends to make t-shirts fade in color and peel the screen printed image.

   It is preferable to air dry screen printed t-shirts, but if you must use a dryer, please tumble dry low. Remember to keep t-shirts turned inside out and check dryer periodically so as to not over expose to heat.

   When ironing t-shirts be sure to keep t-shirts inside out and to set iron setting to a medium temperature setting.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

   Nutmeg Radio aims to please and will deal with returns & exchanges on an individual basis.

   Returns will be honored on t-shirts that have not been worn or laundered and in pre-package condition (with original label attached). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

   Exchanges will be honored should a t-shirt be defective for reasons other than normal wear & tear. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of delivery.

4. What do I need to know about shipping?

   Orders are filled and shipped within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Deliveries are made via United States Postal Service (USPS) and depending on the shipping method selected and the distance, deliveries can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. International orders take anywhere from 2-3 weeks and may be subject to additional fees (ex. customs) depending on the locality.
